• Take the A90 over the Forth Road Bridge on to the M90
• At junction 8 take the A91 towards St Andrews
• Follow A91 to St Andrews @ St Andrews at the 1st roundabout take 2nd exit for town centre
• At next roundabout take 1st exit onto North Street. Continue along North Street to Cathedral and follow the road round to the right
• At mini roundabout take 1st exit A917 for Crail. The Flat is about 400 metres along; driveway is opposite a red post box on the left hand side.

Driving Directions from Glasgow-

• From Glasgow take M8 towards Edinburgh. At Junction 2 turn onto M9 and follow signs for the Forth Road Bridge.
• Take A90 over the Forth Road Bridge on to the M90
